Member distributor agreement and binary business guidelines for Eco Earth Organic Venture Pvt. Ltd.
1. Membership & Registration
By registering as an independent distributor with Eco Earth Organic Venture Pvt. Ltd., you agree to purchase authentic wellness products and represent the company's Ayurvedic products with integrity.
2. Binary Plan & Compensation
Binary Matching Income is calculated on weaker leg volume according to configured rules (1st pair 2:1 or 1:2, and subsequent 1:1 matches). Daily capping safeguards enterprise liquidity and timely settlements.
3. Direct Daily Bank Transfers
Payouts are processed daily directly to members' verified bank accounts as per KYC details. Members must provide valid Aadhaar, PAN, and Bank details for payout compliance.
4. Compliance with Direct Selling Guidelines
Eco Earth Organic Venture strictly adheres to Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021. Products carry a standard 30-day satisfaction guarantee and buyback policy as per law.
